A few questions we know you were dying to ask our Backend team
What is your first action of the day/week?
We do our sprint plan every Monday, an occasion for us all to meet together, and also an opportunity to sharing problems or common topics.
Aside from this, we are self-organized, work autonomously and everything is easy as long as the job is done.
What do you think is the most important action of the day?
We don’t have a strict schedule, everyone prioritizes their workload between coding, reviewing and meeting.

What makes you a good team?
The backend team is pretty laid back and easy going. We get along well with each other. In a couple of words; working at backend is about being direct, mature, responsible, honest, transparent and more than anything else… Concise!
Describe the way you share knowledge amongst the team members
We also organize knowledge sharing sessions, in addition to some gaming time. Because it’s not always just about the job!
