You’ve heard of InfraView, right? Now we’d like to introduce you to InfraMap, our open-source, pared-down version of the original cloud infrastructure diagram creator.

StackForms: ease of use for users, total control for you
Well, our devs keep coming up with new features, meaning my fingers are really going to need a break from typing this summer. This time, they’re really excited so, without further ado, I’d like to present Cycloid StackForms.
The Cycloid European Harmonization Project
One of the things you accept when you’re a freelancer is that, along with the freedom and ability to work from a beach in Bali (I mean, it would really upset my husband, but I could), you sometimes get the short end of the stick when it comes to benefits and non-monetary compensation.
What Is InfraView? Infrastructure Visibility Tool
Visibility and accessibility are key factors when it comes to efficient software development. They’re also key pillars of DevOps, and a first step in the fight against silos which hinder, well, pretty much everything.
TL;DR
Today’s infrastructures are complex and inaccessible to everyone except the most technical profiles. This isn’t good for efficient teamwork. Infrastructure diagrams don’t work with modern infrastructures, so we’ve come up with an alternative called InfraView.
Infrastructure as code: Cycloid’s non-boring guide for the clueless
If you’ve recently moved into the world of DevOps and hybrid cloud, or are thinking of it, you’ll soon come into contact with infrastructure as code. It’s a mainstay of good DevOps practice, but it can be hard to get your head around if you’re not familiar with infrastructures in the first place.
Remote working? We’re old hands at Cycloid
This article has been updated for January 2022
Can you remember the time 2 years ago when you would wake up, get ready for your day, pack lunch and drive to the office, and all that hours before your start time? (If you can, I’m sorry)
Here at Cycloid we can’t, but that’s not really the pandemic’s fault – we’ve been doing work in our pyjamas… I mean, from home since the start.
TL;DR
Cycloid is and always has been remote-first. With the avalanche of recent remote-working resources out there, we’re not offering any special advice. Instead, we’re telling you about our remote journey and sharing the things we’ve learned along the way.
What Is TerraCognita? Migrate Infra to Terraform
TerraCognita is a key part of Cycloid. We call it our “reverse Terraform” and we’re going to show you how it’s going to make your move to DevOps easier than you might have previously imagined.
The Croix-Rouge Française tackles planning in the time of coronavirus
Today, we want to show you how Cycloid is currently being used in a situation that is pretty unusual, both for our customer and for us. Coronavirus has had an impact on almost every business imaginable, but the consequences for organizations that need to plan in advance around events that rely on mass public participation have been huge. The organization that we’re looking at today found itself in precisely this situation and immediately got to work trying to find a workaround. The process makes for some pretty interesting reading, so let’s take a look.
The Cycloid pipeline: new features to make it even more useful than before
The pipeline is a core element of your stack and, in conjunction with infrastructure as code and config management, is an essential part of your environment. We decided it needed a little more love, and we’re proud to present our latest release which does just that. The new and improved Cycloid pipeline introduces two major improvements that will make managing your pipelines intuitive and safer, and a third improvement that will make ops very happy indeed!
A teal organization in a DevOps world
Tonight was supposed to be a big night for the Cycloid team. We turn 5 today and, unlike other 5-year-olds, we planned to celebrate in a swanky Paris venue, partying the night away. Like the rest of the world, however, our party plans have been put on hold, and if we celebrate our 5th birthday at all today, it will be by raising a toast from the comfort of our (respective and separate) living rooms.
