It is a named subscription.
What currencies does Cycloid accept?
You can be billed in euros, US dollars or pounds sterling.
Can we use your API only?
Yes. Everything you can do in the portal, you can do through the documented GraphQL API. All the API specifications have been written in Swagger format so the API documentation is automatically generated and always up to date.
What do you manage in Cycloid SaaS?
Everything: the application, its database and its services. You only run runners if you want work to execute inside your own network.
What is a dedicated SaaS?
We deploy all the Cycloid modules on a dedicated Cloud account of your choice (AWS, GCP, Azure, Scaleway, OVH, Outscale) and we operate it for you.
What runs on a dedicated SaaS or self-hosted install?
Five standard, non-privileged containers: the application, PostgreSQL, Valkey, OpenFGA and object storage. Runners and the plugins that collect inventory run separately, where you choose.
What is a self-hosted version?
You or we deploy all the Cycloid modules on the Cloud account / on-premise of your choice and you manage it. We don’t have access to it anymore. It could be deployed on instances or Kubernetes.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is one isolated Cycloid tenant with its own users, teams, Blueprints and settings. Advanced and Enterprise include as many as you need.
