The way we work

We value an organization where everyone can contribute to the strategy and the company's development. We do not believe in classical management but rather in autonomy and initiative. Furthermore, we are fully transparent on company figures and salary, and we believe that this transparency encourages trust.

Here at Cycloid we prefer to make decisions collectively, colleagues should always feel that they have an impact on company decisions. That's why for any important decisions we try to involve the whole team - or the whole company - via chat or company-wide meetings.
